Cheese and broccoli
bake & store in your glass bakeware

1 pkg frozen puff pasty shells
2 tins chicken gravy
1 tsp lemon juice (5 ml)
2 cups frozen broccoli, thawed, chopped (500 ml)
2 cups cooked chicken (500 ml)
2/3 cups shredded cheddar cheese (150 ml)
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese (optional) (125 ml)

• Bake the pastry shells in your Anchor Hocking glass bakeware, following the directions on the package.
• Mix together the gravy, lemon juice, broccoli and chicken in a saucepan. Heat through.
• Spoon onto the pastry shells. Sprinkle with the cheese.
• Serve and then store the leftovers right in the bakeware.

Makes 6 servings.
